Optimising nutritional intake for an athlete can help fuel training performance, support muscle growth and repair, modify body composition, boost immune function, and enhance recovery. Crucially, proper nutrition can also help athletes achieve and maintain overall health amidst the high volume of training their bodies undergo. All of these directly impact sports performance both in training and competition. Regardless of the athlete's level, from the recreational weekend warrior to the elite competitor on the international stage, everyone can benefit from optimising their nutritional intake.

At ATHLETIC INC., we prioritise your overall well-being. Through a holistic dietary assessment (and anthropometric assessment if required), we provide you with personalised education and sustainable strategies to make dietary changes that bring you closer to your health and sporting goals. Regular check-ins (outside of scheduled sessions) will also be provided to ensure you are progressing towards your goal and to help troubleshoot any issues or uncertainties you might be facing. With our support, you won't have to embark on this nutrition journey alone.

PERSONALISED NUTRITION PROGRAMME

4 SESSIONS PACKAGE:

  • One (1) new and three (3) review sessions at $400 (valued at $450 a la carte)

  • Includes regular informal check-ins

  • Valid for a period of four (4) months

  • The initial appointment will generally take between 45 and 60 minutes. In this time, our specialist in nutrition and dietetics will take the opportunity to learn about the athlete's lifestyle, training, social circumstances, and any medical background they may have. They will also ask about their usual eating habits, including any dietary supplements they are currently taking. Following this, the athlete will be provided with helpful and personalised dietary guidance and strategies to support them in reaching their individual ambitions, whether those relate to overall well-being or sporting success.

  • The subsequent review will be a focused 30-minute appointment. In this time, the practitioner will check in on the athlete's progress and offer support in navigating any dietary challenges or hurdles they might be facing. Should it be required, the dietary strategies can be discussed further and adapted to align with what works best for the individual.
