TPI Screening for Golfers

What is a TPI Screening?

TPI screening (short for Titleist Performance Institute) is a golf-specific assessment designed to evaluate your swing mechanics, physical fitness, and movement quality — all while taking into account your injury history.

Backed by over 20 years of research and the world’s largest database of golfers

  • From PGA Tour professionals to weekend warriors

  • The TPI methodology is globally recognised for enhancing golf performance through a deeper understanding of the Body-Swing Connection™.

Who is it for, and how can it help you?

TPI screening is for everyone — whether you're a complete beginner, a high handicapper, or a seasoned golfer looking to refine your performance. The screening helps uncover movement limitations or imbalances that may be affecting your swing efficiency or increasing your injury risk. From there, you’ll receive a tailored exercise plan to address those areas, helping you move better, swing better, and enjoy the game for longer.

What to expect in a TPI screening

Think of it as a hybrid between a physiotherapy session and a golf performance consult. A typical session lasts 60 minutes and includes:

  • A detailed discussion about your golfing background, goals, and previous injuries

  • A full 16-point body-swing assessment covering mobility, stability, and movement patterns from head to toe

  • Immediate feedback and a customised exercise prescription targeting areas of improvement

  • A comprehensive digital summary of your results for tracking progress and future reference

Rates:

  • $200 per session

  • $180 for students and seniors (same as our physiotherapy rates)

For best results, we recommend pairing your TPI screening with our strength and conditioning programmes, which are tailored to your assessment findings, so you’re not just training harder, but smarter.
