MEGAN FOO

Megan is a qualified physiotherapist and a certified strength and conditioning coach dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of others. She earned her Bachelor's Degree with Honors in Physiotherapy from the Singapore Institute of Technology in 2021 and furthered her expertise by obtaining a Level 1 certification from the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association (ASCA) in 2023.

From a young age, Megan has embraced an active lifestyle. She is currently a national Ultimate Frisbee player and has competed in many global and regional tournaments. With over a decade of experience in classical ballet, Megan has achieved notable milestones, including passing the RAD Advanced Foundation examination.

Megan's journey as an athlete has not only showcased her resilience but has also exposed her to various injuries, sparking a profound interest in physiotherapy. Collaborating with physiotherapists during her own rehabilitation fuelled her passion for the field, inspiring her to pursue a career dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Drawing from her extensive sporting background, Megan possesses a profound understanding of rehabilitation in sports and musculoskeletal conditions. She believes in a holistic approach to care through detailed assessments that go beyond the immediate symptoms to understand her patients as whole individuals. This approach allows her to formulate effective and personalised treatment plans.

Megan's commitment extends beyond mere symptom alleviation; she aims to empower her patients with knowledge and skills to prevent the recurrence of injuries. Her ultimate goal is to add quality years to the lives of her patients.
